Your order will be delivered by DPD between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM on the date you have specified. Please note that while we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time during this window.

To help ensure a smooth delivery, we kindly ask that you provide clear instructions at the time of ordering in case you are unavailable to receive the parcel. This may include:

An alternative house number
A designated safe place on your property (e.g., garage or porch)
An alternative delivery address, such as your workplace, holiday home, or a trusted neighbour or friend

If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you promptly.

As we are committed to offering next-day delivery on all orders, a shipping fee is applied to cover the associated costs. This charge reflects the actual delivery expense incurred.

Delivery Schedule & Information

We offer delivery on a day that suits you, from Tuesday to Friday inclusive. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays.

All of our products are dispatched fresh and securely packaged using a next working day delivery service. However, deliveries to more remote locations may take slightly longer. If you are unsure about delivery times to your area, we encourage you to contact our Customer Services Team on 01777 874 700 for guidance.

Please be aware that next-day delivery may not be available for certain UK mainland remote addresses and UK islands. If next-day delivery is essential, we recommend placing your order before 11:00 AM and calling us to confirm availability.

Returns Policy
